Acadia Community Association Annual General Meeting

Residents must have purchases their annual memberships at least 30 days in advance of the AGM in order to vote.  But you can still come and buy your membership tonight.  Also, the ACA has a few vacant board positions that could be filled at the AGM.

Memberships can be purchased directly at the ARC (cost is $10 for charter renewal, $15 for single membership, and $25 for family & non-residents). Or online!

With membership comes many benefits, including discounts at the ARC and several local businesses.  The ARC is home to many great programs that help make Acadia a wonderful place to live.

Acadia Pop Rocks

The parking lot at 430 Acadia Dr SW is being turned into an outdoor living room on August 19, 2017, from 10AM-4PM – coinciding with the Parade of Garage Sales!

Featuring new, designed-for-Acadia furniture, espresso, a pop-up bookstore, bocce ball, ping pong, board games, arts & crafts, complimentary snacks, and simple traffic calming along Acadia Drive.

This project is made possible by the Alberta Traffic Safety Fund, co-ordinated by Sustainable Calgary and the Acadia Community Association, and developed by local volunteers, the Art and Garden Society, O2 Planning + Design, the bench project, Kilometre Design, the City of Calgary, Arusha, and n+1 design.
